CMM TRAINING FOR COMPANIES IN THEIR PREMISES AND INDIVIDUALS

AS WELL INSPECTION SERVICES 

We are one to provide CMM Operating and Programming Training, that is tailor made for your company and Engineering Students. Besides, our 35 Year experienced instructor along with CMM equipment and software to show what your CMM can and cannot do. Finally, we offer to train you with your own parts, drawings, and inspection tooling to see how usage of CMM can be optimized.

We have a Hexagon CMM with PC-DMIS latest version of software, which at most reliable to validate precise parts.

             How and What we Train the Participants:

Online CMM Training:

-    Online CMM Training 2hrs./day for 15days. with Google Meet option.

 -   Alignment of Part with the use of Measured Features (With Part Alignment Utility Window).

 -   Types of Alignment: (a) 3-2-1 Alignment. (b) Offset Axis Alignment (c) Offset Angle Alignment (d) Iterative Alignment. (E) Best Fit         Alignment.      

-   Theoretical Basics to Advance CMM Training on HEXAGON CMM with PC-DMIS live software and Practical demonstration on CMM. 

-   Video presentation with measurement of the parts on LIVE CMM.

-   Step wise generation of Manual measurement Program and DCC programming with GD & T details and results outputs.

-   CMM Programming steps with CAD Model for DCC Mode.

-   Generation of Safety Plane to run the Program in DCC mode to avoid collision of Probe and Probe head.

-    After registration & payment of fees, we provide the google meet link to join Online Training.

             Fees for Online CMM Training: Rs. 10,000 per participant 

Note: On Completion of CMM Training, we provides Training Certificate which is quite useful when participants apply for any field of Quality and Production and provides major Job Opportunities with extra Skill of CMM Operating and programming Locally and Globally. After training we provides 3 months free online support, when participant working on their CMM on job.

           Offline CMM Training: 

     Offline CMM Training for 12days, daily 12:00pm to 6:00pm in our premises at CMM Training Center.

    We provide 12 days Theoretical and Practical Advance training on HEXAGON CMM with PC-DMIS software

        Fees for Offline CMM Training: Rs. 15,000 per participant

-        Training are being provided with Physical Part measurement and analyze the data to 

         correct/improve machining process of parts.

         Geometrical results i.e. GD& T outputs.

-        Introduction & Definition of GD &T. Details on GD & T Dimensions, Basic dim., Reference Dimension,

         Datum & Features.

-        Manual measurement techniques to generate Manual Mode Program and in DCC Mode Programming.

-        Homing of CMM with Graphic Presentation & Probe Positions.

-        Types of Probes & Construction of Probe Virtually and Physical.

-        Graphical presentation on Minimum Probing points needed for part measurements.

-        Explanation of Probe Positions after Homing of CMM.

-        Calibration Procedure of Probe in various Angles.

-        Graphical presentation of Probing points on physical features & Creation of Plane, Axis & Origin.

-        Methods of Alignment of ZEISS / Hexagon CMM Alignment Utility Box, to Alignment the Part virtually.

 Basic and Advance Training on CAD Model:

-        CAD Model programming. IGS, DXF etc. file import procedure. Procedure of Extraction of features

          from CAD model.

-        Alignment of Part / Generation of Part co-ordinate system with extracted features.

-        Extraction of all features of Sample part for Generation of Dimension & Generation of Safety Plane.
